I had no idea what it would be like here and on a slope, but I wanted my kids to experience it. Our first day was about exploring the Garden of the Gods park in Colorado Springs. Believe it or not, it was even warm enough for the kids to swim in the outdoor heated swimming pool that created an illusion of pouring over the mountain.
